Luxoria Vita is a house of custody based in the Netherlands. We find antique and vintage jewelry from private estates, specialist dealers, and auction houses across Europe — primarily in England, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands — authenticate each piece against period-appropriate construction standards, document what we find, and transfer custody to the people the pieces belong to next.

We specialise in the period from roughly 1750 to 1935: Georgian through Art Deco. Within that period, we are particularly drawn to Dutch and Flemish production, to pieces featuring rosecut and old mine cut diamonds, and to objects that were made for a specific purpose — the mourning locket, the sentimental ring, the initial pendant — rather than simply for ornament.

When a piece arrives at the studio, the examination begins before anything else. Under a 10× loupe: the construction joins, the solder lines, the collet work, the hallmarks if present. A ring fabricated before 1900 shows its hand.

We use the word custody deliberately. A sale implies a transaction between a seller and a buyer. What happens here is different: an object that has already survived a century is placed with the person who will carry it through the next chapter of its life.
That person is chosen by the object as much as they choose it. The right piece and the right person tend to find each other when the conditions are correct.
